Leal Insurance Services was established in 2010 in San Antonio, TX. We are a local, award-winning, full service insurance agency.
We take great pride in our agency, community and clients. As your Independent Agent we offer choice, provide a high level of service and are local to your community. But what does that really mean? Can’t other agents say the same thing about their business? Here is how we are different:
Choice: As an independent agent, we leverage our network of multiple insurance carriers to get you the right coverages, best price, and more. Our main focus is to find the insurance coverage that best suit your financial needs and gives you the best options. In addition, we know you have a choice when selecting a local independent agent so we will continue to earn your trust through our regular communication, personal relationships, and community involvement. We want you be a part of our agency and join us in having some fun!
Provide High Level of Service: To us, service means you will know who our staff members are – and not just the usual run of the mill insurance stuff. You will know about them as people and we want to know the same about you. So when you call you will know who you are talking to! We will also be available in the event of a claim. Being independent we work for you, not the insurance companies. We will be there to make sure your interests are protected and not forgotten.
Local: When most people say they are local, they mean they have an office in your community. While that is true of us, when we say we are local we mean we are a part of your community. We are involved with local charities and organizations that benefit where we live. We believe that if we put our time and money where it matters the most we all benefit.
We Give Back
Giving back to our community is part of who we are. We believe in supporting our local non-profit businesses that make our communities better. Through Safeco Insurance Make More Happen Award we were able to obtain a $13,500 grant for the Westside Family YMCA, to ensure that no one is turned away for the inability to pay for services.
We like to feature the efforts of our clients and what they do in the community as well by sharing their stories in our quarterly newsletter. If you have a story about your favorite charity, we’d love to feature it in a future edition! Contact us at the office to get started.
We want to serve our community well, so we spend some of our free time where it counts. That may be at community events and services like the Y or church and even schools. We also have opportunities for you to be involved and help. Look for details on upcoming fundraisers or drives on Facebook and updates in our newsletter!
Your referrals mean the world to us. We work hard to earn each referral with great service and appreciation for your business every day. As our way of saying thank you, we’re kicking off our new Ensuring Communities referral program. We love supporting the charitable efforts in our community, so we’ve tied referrals and charitable giving together. Here’s how it works:
Each time we receive a referral from you, your name is entered into our quarterly referral drawings. What qualifies as a referral? A referral is when we get a call for a quote from someone saying you referred them to us.
- We hold a quarterly drawing from all the names of people that referred someone to us.
- For that quarter, a $100 and is given to the charity of the winner’s choice.
- Each referral equals one entry into our quarterly drawing
- We’ll announce who won in our newsletter.
- If you are the winner, we hope you’ll join us to deliver this to your favorite charity!
That’s it. The person you refer doesn’t have to purchase a policy for your referral to count. There are many worthy charitable organizations in our community. Help us help them!
Our referral program is open to anyone, whether they’re a client or not.
